Content that matters…
Suzanne Pearlman, MA, designs training and curriculum across systems, supporting stronger implementation and capacity through inclusive, responsive learning experiences built for impact in practice.
Trusted by organizations doing complex, real-world work
Across public health, education, and national training systems, she partners with organizations building programs designed to make a difference at scale and in practice.
Her work spans national training organizations, corporate and workplace environments, higher education institutions, and K–12 school districts. It also extends into behavioral health and healthcare systems, as well as state, county, and city government agencies. She also works with Tribal systems, governments, and communities, along with national service organizations, nonprofits, and other mission-driven groups.
While the settings vary, the throughline remains consistent: work that is relevant, adaptable, and grounded in the realities people navigate every day.
Designing work that holds up in practice
She specializes in designing and delivering training and curriculum that work in real-world settings, especially where equity, access, and cultural relevance matter.
This work may involve building something new or strengthening what already exists. In practice, it includes curriculum design and adaptation, training development for both virtual and in-person environments, and technical assistance to support implementation. She also trains and coaches facilitators, and develops programs and mentorship models that organizations can sustain over time.
The focus is on practical, high-impact support within complex systems, where clarity and usability determine whether something simply exists or actually works in practice.
Training & Curriculum Design Approach
Training and curriculum design are grounded in a trauma-informed and healing-centered approach, with close attention to how people experience learning. The work focuses on creating curriculum and training environments that are psychologically safe, inclusive, and built for real-world application. Equity-centered content is developed to reflect identity, culture, and lived experience, while also supporting organizations in strengthening workforce capacity through practical, effective learning design.

“Suzanne was very approachable, and an excellent facilitator. She encouraged and supported our interaction and asked clarifying questions as needed or to get more information.”
“She created a space that made it easy for me to ask what I felt was an awkward question, and didn't create any feelings of judgement afterward, rather she thanked me for being open to asking it.”
